To help us fix things quickly, tell us the app name, your phone or computer model, the app version (usually in Settings), and what happened just before the problem.
Purchases and refunds
- Bought through Google Play: Google handles payment and refunds. Request a refund from your Google Play order history.
- Bought through the App Store: Apple handles payment and refunds. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- SparkPrep on the web: see sparkprep.ca/refunds.
If a purchase isn’t showing up in an app, first try the app’s “Restore purchases” option, then email us.
Deleting your account
Apps that have accounts let you delete your account and its data from inside the app.
- SparkPrep: Settings → Delete Account (at the bottom of the Settings screen), or see sparkprep.ca/delete-account.
